Policy
Clothing Items and Hats

Our clothing items and hats are professionally printed by printers located out of state, and orders are shipped from there. These items are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, but please allow about 2 weeks for your order to arrive to be safe. We strive to provide accurate arrival estimates for your convenience, but please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and appreciate your patience throughout the shipping process. We kindly ask for your understanding that due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. If an item is defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery providing photos and details, and we will work to find a solution. Please check our FAQ and size charts before purchasing. We are also not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages once they leave our printer.

Headbands and Earrings

Our headbands and earrings are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise marked. Bags

Our bags take approximately 10-15 business days to arrive after purchasing. These are dropshipping items, which means we are not packaging these products, and they are being shipped from a third party. We do not recommend ordering if you need them quickly. We strive to provide accurate arrival estimates for your convenience, but please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and appreciate your patience throughout the shipping process. We are also not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages once they leave our supplier. If an item is defective (with the exception of what is notated in the individual descriptions), please reach out within 48 hours of delivery providing photos and details to process an exchange or return.

Custom Services (The Full Look, The Perfect Pair, Happily Ever After Bundle)

Many hours are invested in each of our Custom Services leading up to the receipt of your PDF, and as such, we are unable to offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds on these purchases. However, if after reviewing our selections, you feel that we have missed the mark in any way or there are any elements you would like us to tweak, there is an opportunity for a one-time revision of your looks. If you would like a revision, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your PDF. We will then discuss any changes you would like and have the requested updates sent back to you within about 5 business days.

Product Availability Disclaimer: We strongly encourage purchasing any items you like sooner rather than later to help ensure product availability. Some items may move quickly, and we unfortunately cannot guarantee how long individual items will remain in stock. However, if any item goes out of stock within 48 hours of obtaining your final looks, we will happily find you a replacement at no extra cost.
Virtual Styling Session
​
Our Virtual Styling Session takes place within a live, one hour session via Zoom. On average, we are able to plan up to 5 outfits within that time frame, but be sure to fill out the preliminary survey and follow our tips outlined on the site and within your confirmation email to make the most effective use of your time. All sales of our Virtual Styling Session are final, and we are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds.

Outfit Templates
​
Our Outfit Templates are all pre-styled and sold “as is” without any customization. As this is an instant digital download, all sales are final and we are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds. Please note: Sometimes links break or a supplier will update their product. If something isn’t working after purchasing, simply let us know, and we will send you an updated link or a link to an alternate item when applicable. Additionally, if you find that your size is listed in the description of the individual items, but is currently out of stock, please reach out, and we will find a suitable, cohesive replacement.
Outfit Subscriptions

Our Outfit Subscription Service consists of monthly digital downloads, as well as various perks, based on the membership tier you select. Once your payment for the month is submitted, it is final, and we are unable to offer any refunds. However, you may opt out of additional payments at any time. Setup and payment is processed through Patreon, and outfit templates will be sent via email on the 1st of each month for as long as you continue your membership.
Gift Cards

Gift Cards are a digital purchase, which can be utilized for personal use or sent via email to the recipient of your choice. All sales are final, and we are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds.
